It's been a crazy two weeks! Hundreds of tickets traded and not a single person scammed.
Our most popular event by far was Moby. I saw him a couple of years back and he was totally worth the hype, but we never expected it to be so popular. We're also seeing a lot of love for Jack White, The Prodigy and Deftones. Solid choices!
It's been busy behind the scenes too. Here's what's new:
Cleaner listings
We've sorted our pages by popularity. This will allow you to browse all available tickets rather than wading through rows of empty events.
Smarter notifications
We were sending emails when they were not necessary. We've removed some of these to make sure that you only get notified when it matters.
Login improvements
A number of fixes have been made to make the login experience smoother. Especially for users of the old forum.
Ticket confirmation screen
The screen you see after listing a ticket has been redesigned. Next steps are now clearer.
Your feedback is directly driving the changes we make to the website. So we appreciate everyone who has taken the time to help us improve.
Here is what's next:
Face Value
We're seeing a small number of new users who are listing events above face value. We've been monitoring this and cancelling all ticket transfers that happened above cost price. We have given full refunds to the buyers and, in repeat cases, banned a number of sellers. We've already implemented an immediate fix for our most popular events and are building checks that happen before a ticket is listed to the public.
Last minute sales
Currently we remove events from Toutless about 16 hours before the gig happens. There is plenty of room for improvement here. Especially as there are very few other options for buying or selling a ticket on the day of the gig. We want a smooth experience here where people don't have to worry if the seller will send when there's only a few hours until the gig.
