We officially launched the new Toutless! Thank you for being the first to try the new platform. It would not be possible without you. We’re delighted to say that our security system is working as planned.
The response has been incredible. Our first ticket sale was to the Arsenal match and the biggest buzz was around Electric Picnic. Six of you got your tickets and there’s still more coming in. So keep your eyes peeled!
As with any big project like this, there are always going to be some roadblocks. We are reading every single issue that comes in and responding to them as quickly as possible. Here’s a quick breakdown of what our developers are working on this week:
We have already fixed a number of smaller issues like phone numbers not being valid and search not working for some events. This will be an ongoing process.
We are working with a team of developers and every ticket that is sold is going directly towards improving Toutless.
Here’s what the next couple of months look like:
To be clear, these are not quick fixes. These will be built by our developers, tested and then rolled out to the website when we are sure they are working.
